- Most recent property tax bill for each property (to verify trust inclusion, its not uncommon that trusts are established, but then the property is never actually transferred into the trust)
- A list of other assets and how they are held:
- These other assets might include:
- Stocks
- Certificates of deposit
- Savings accounts
- Checking accounts
- Bonds
- Life insurance policies
- Any other assets with beneficiary designations
- How they are held, might include:
- Joint tenancy
- Your name alone
- As trustee
- Financial power of attorney

This website is inspiring because it gives simple but thorough list of necessary documentation in the areas of law you practice. It feels like how the legal system should be, fighting for the rights of those who are abused by the greedy and power hungry people. I think I will call this week and seek legal help here.
